This is one of the most awesome churches I’ve ever been to and a place in Springfield where the presence of God is so evident! The move of the Holy Spirit in the services is powerful! The worship is on fire and anointed! The atmosphere is prophetic and full of freedom! The media team is on point and the media is really creative and engaging! Pastor Josh is a dynamic speaker and communicator who has a passion for the truth of God’s Word! The people here are some of the kindest, most genuine, authentic and loving people you will ever meet! Also…the young adults group is AMAZING and such a sweet ministry to be a part of! I've been going here since I was a baby the Youth masters are amazing and I've made plenty of friends and worship hits different then some of the other churches I've been to and the fact that the coffee is free unlike other places you should go
Worship is a whole different level of good and unencumbered by ma s expectations and instead focused on what Holy Spirit wants to do, and is musically excellent. Teaching is totally in line with scripture and will both encourage you as well as confront your complacency just as Jesus did. It will admonish you( soir you to action), encourage, and exhort as well as teach you who the person of Jesus is
I love it here! Beautiful Spirit filled worship, Biblically sound and edifying preaching that causes me to draw closer to God, and a ministry team that is available every week to pray and encourage us no matter what's going on in our lives. I am grateful that the Lord led my wife and I here!❤️
I want to give this church 10 stars. I am so impressed by everything about this community of Christians. The services have been so powerful, spirit-filled and fulfilling. From the first time I walked through the doors, I was welcomed with smiles and encouragement. I was hugged and even invited out to lunch on my very first visit. This community, to me, exemplifies the true picture of the Christian Family. They pray together, they fast together, they eat together and there are plenty of opportunities for growth in the Lord for both adults and children. I love this place and share it whenever I can with whomever I can.
If you've never truly felt the Holy Spirit move through a room during prayer and worship, then you must really come and experience prayer and worship at Hope. It is my "Hope" (see what i did there ) that you will be as happy there as I am.
Oh and the Worship Team!?!?! OUTSTANDING.
The atmosphere is extremely friendly and the worship is awesome but the Word is rarely taught so you won't need to bring your Bible. Is this a church or worship center ? I go to church to hear and learn the Word of God. They have a rotating Pastor or speaker so it may take 5 weeks to hear the senior pastor.
We have visited Hope several times , overall it was a good experience. However, the most recent trip left me wondering. Our whole family was seated right behind the pastors' family; when the pastor did the greet your neighbor bit, not a single member of the family said hello to anyone around. They just sat there like some type of celebrities that can't be bothered. This is not some no one said hi to me complaint. I am an introvert. I just think it looks bad for the church if their main people are unfriendly. I also would have loved more Christmas songs during Christmas. The singer voices are Amazing.
We visited here from NOLA this weekend while visiting our spiritual parents here in Springfield. Absolutely the best, most beautiful, Spirit filled, worship, preaching & prayer time we have ever experienced. We definataly experienced a very close & intimate time with our Lord here!!! The Lord has His hands on this church and all whole attend. He has great things for this church!! I pray Gods blessing over all His people here!!! Love it!!!
